By creating an account or using GetFocusedAI (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Don't use the Service to do anything illegal or to harm others.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Don't submit content that infringes someone else's rights.

You own the content you create in GetFocusedAI (tasks, plans, reflections, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

The Service uses AI to generate plans and summaries. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give you reasonable notice before any paid feature affects you.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the Service at risk.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (which, if you're on the free plan, is zero).

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
