Privacy Policy

GetFocusedAI is a daily planning tool. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

• Account info: name, email address, and a hashed password.
• Your content: tasks, boards, daily plans, time blocks, reflections, and any text you type into the brain dump.
• Usage events: anonymous activation events (e.g. when you submit a brain dump or click "Start with this") so we can measure whether the product helps you finish more.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not read your tasks for any purpose other than running the product.

When you ask the app to plan your day or summarize your reflections, we send the relevant text to a third-party AI model provider. The provider processes it to generate a response and does not retain it for training. We do not send your data to AI providers for any other purpose.

Your data is stored on servers we operate. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We retain your account data while your account is active and for a short period after deletion to allow recovery.

You can change your password at any time in Settings. You can request export or deletion of your account by emailing the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

GetFocusedAI is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you by email.
